We had placed an order with a competitor for customized/ personalized golf balls and markers for a memorial golf fundraiser. They informed us 6 days prior to the event that couldn’t fulfill the order. We were stuck, disappointed and frustrated until we found Promogolfball. Francis stepped up and made it happen. We spoke with him on Monday morning, Tuesday am- our order had been picked up by the courier. Wednesday at 3:17pm the boxes arrived. Francis saved the day! The balls came in quickly and on time and the printing looked great. The only thing I would comment on is the position of our logo on the ball in relation to the "Top Flite" logo. I would have made them face the same way. Customer service was great. I would totally use them again!

Very happy with the purchase of this product. Price printed same or cheaper than buying a dozen balls at the pro shop. Yes, you can get then cheaper on sale a couple ties a year, but that is not the point. To have my logo put on these balls and for the same price I would pay for them if I showed up at a course and needed some before a round is excellent value. Pretty quick, I had the balls in under 3 weeks from my initial contact. Could be quicker if you paid a little extra for a rush. I have purchased other promotional items and can say you will not get this done any quicker unless you lived very close to the manufacture and picked them up.
Very pleased with this purchase and will be back for more down the road.

The experience was fantastic overall! The only thing I could recommend would be a website upgrade. For instance, it would be great to see what your logo upload looked like on the ball - right on the site. In fairness I run a digital agency - so I probably have a higher expectation than most. Service and product quality is beyond reproach. Speedy delivery. Small print on back side of golf balls is good but has some shadow lettering where it didnt' quite print clear enough on some balls, not all. Can still read it so no worries. Balls are pricey but you get what you pay for.

-Delivery was slightly quicker than expected, and the balls and packaging are in good shape
-The custom logo I designed looks like it is supposed to
-I haven't used the balls yet. You can feel a VERY slightly different texture on the logo portion (my logo is fairly larger and all colour, so not entirely surprising given the printing method). After use, I imagine it will scuff, etc before too long, but as a gift, giveaway, or novelty item, it is a great price for what I suspect will be a durable enough item.
-I went with the TopFlite XL because it is inexpensive and a good ball for the money.
I would recommend the service based on the ordering process, customer service, delivery time, and what seem initially to be good quality.

PromoGolfBall / Francis provides and delivers excellent customer service. Francis is very courteous and responds quickly. We used PromoGolfBall in 2013 and again in July 2015 for the annual charity golf tournament in memory of our son. This year (2015) the order and exchange of logos / specs was placed on Monday and the logo golf balls arrived via UPS on Thursday, just in time (JIT) for our tournament on Saturday. Doing business was easy, communication was prompt, quality, service and price were as promised. Only negative was the .85" maximum size. I've printed them before at 1" and would have preferred that. The balls arrived and look fine. Overall...pleased with the process.

The website was great and easy to follow. Several months ago I saw your website and when ready to put in the order could not remember the name. I came across another company, decided to go with them, and really struggled with their order process. The had a blowout sale on Topflight balls which was really good. The website was not intuitive. This led me for a renewed effort to find your site which I did. I compared prices on regular prices and yours were better. I provided a slightly different logo this time(without our tag line as it ends up being too small to read) yet the order received had last year's logo on it. The golf balls looked great and our guests really liked them. I really liked how quickly you got back to me and how quickly I received my order. Great service and support, quick delivery, great value. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the size of the logo on the ball (quite small - though print quality was very high). I guess it is better if you have a round or similar proportioned logo, but because ours is long and short, it turns out pretty small on the ball. I've seen other balls printed with a much larger print area in order to accomodate a long logo like ours.
